Build Masters & U Limited is a private limited liability company, incorporated in Kenya with emphasis on construction work (civil and structural) and related ancillaries.

Since our inception we have been offering construction services locally with a sole mission of ensuring quality delivery of projects within a reasonable cost and as scheduled.

Build Masters & U Limited is involved in providing construction of residential and commercial properties, civil works undertaking including roads, bridges, drainages, dams, water and electrical works.

Technical Team

We have a consulting technical team of professionals which includes an Architect as lead consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Civil and structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, who have a combined wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry spanning over 10 years. In specific instances for large projects, we engage the services of an independent project manager for overall project coordination

Operations

We have a full-time Construction manager/Project Manager who is responsible for the operations for all company construction projects. He reports to the operations director for progress updates, and work evaluations.

We also have a team of specialized sub-contractors to undertake mechanical and electrical works for our projects. They are well equipped and knowledgeable with modern construction technology for their fields of specialization. Our technical consultants are contracted to assist on call where necessary for all ongoing projects. This however is at no cost to the client/employer
